Position Summary:
To support team leader on BLDC (Brushless DC) motor development especially on motor structural design (mechanical design)
Project Handling
Responsibilities:
BLDC Motor Development: Base on existing platform to develop a robustness motor solution in order to meet customer LOR
BLDC Motor Improvement - To optimize existing motor platform such that to scope more application
Project Handling: Oversee project development and progress status and lead CFT team to facilitate different parties to meet project goal
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related required.
3-5 years experience required.
Knowledge in Solidworks
Good people and leadership skill with the ability to build and promote team spirits
High proficiency in both written and spoken English
Good communication skill and liaison customer to understand requirement
Strong problem solving skill
Good command of English and Mandarin.
5-day stationed in Shenzhen Plant
