|
Duties :
- Lead a team of Engineers in China in analyzing and resolving process related problems on production, approved moulds, machines and equipment
- Technical liaison between commercial department and customers. Resolve technical and quality issues with customers
- Take lead and handle the submission and approval of samples fabrication and prototyping
- Delegate and supervise Engineering and Designing guideline
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and process robustness
- Familiar with plastic and metal parts design
- Manage projects, planning and meet completion deadlines
- Coordinate special projects
- Knowledge in FMEA
- Good knowledge in International product safety standards
- Presentation of technical issues to customers
Requirements :
- BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Kitchen Appliances required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, exceptional teamwork skills are also required
- Experience in working with PRC engineers is must
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing process and equipments
- Experience working with suppliers is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must be Fluent in English language, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese
- Advance knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Advance knowledge in 3D Pro-E or Solid Works
- Station in China
- Candidate with more experience will be consider as Asst. Project Manager
