Job Duties:
Project management / planning all related documents
Cost planning, budgeting and submit tenders
Ensure work of subcontractor is of an acceptable standard and are proceeding according to schedule
Equipment and drawing submission
Site coordination
Skill Requirements:
High Diploma in Building / Electronic / Electrical studies or tertiary education in related discipline
2 years' relevant work experience in building management system/ security & monitoring system/ electrical & mechanical installation
Good client liaison and project co-ordination skills
Experience in product costing and production follow up;
Good communication skills;
Be self-motivated and responsible;
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin;
