Responsibilities:
Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and develop new clients;
Manage the daily branch operations;
Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints;
Participate in marketing activities and promote group services;
Conduct credit review identify and manage irregularities for clients of the branch.
Requirement:
Degree holder with 4 years’ relevant experience in securities or futures dealing and customer services;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
Good knowledge in securities and commodities trading business;
Strong supervisory and managing skill team relations;
Holder of Representative License under SFC for Type 1 & 2 regulated activity;
Able to work under pressure and possess good problem-solving skills
