Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of shipping documentation (Invoices, Packing lists, BL, L/C, CO etc)
Liaise and coordinate with forwarders, shipping companies and third-party logistics providers
Responsible in negotiating best rates with forwarders and shipping companies
Responsible for inventory management and maintaining the accuracy of inventory level
Handle order processing, fulfilment and timely delivery to customers including storage, picking and tagging of goods
Communicate status of shipping/receiving activities to management and business units
Maintain detailed record of all goods and inventory management
Ensure import/export regulatory requirements are met
Accountable for overall cost analysis to ensure effectiveness and competitiveness and implement new initiatives
Review daily operation procedures and plan to ensure continual improvement of process flow, productivity and operations efficiency
Ensure that all in-house safety practices and regulation are adhere
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics
Min 2-3 years hands-on related experience preferably in the fashion and retail industry
Proficient in MS Office applications
Well-versed in custom regulations and import/export/LC documentation
Knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management and shipping
Creative, result-driven and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
Organised and systematic with good interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingual with good command of English
