|
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist to monitor daily operation in logistics warehouse
- Responsible to maintain the inventory in/out record and any transaction
- Handle Inbound/Outbound shipping documents
- Shipment arrangement with forwarder
- Co-ordinate the shipment schedule with supplier and inter-department
- Data entry, filing and document control
- Prepare paper work like packing list, Form A and certificate of origin
- Custom declaration
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- 1 years+ related experience is necessary
- For candidate with 3 to 5 years logistic experience will be employed as Logistic Officer
- Proficiency in shipping and export procedure and documentation
- Initiative, good analytical and reporting skills;
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility;
- Good MS word and Excel. Familiar with computer ERP operation
- Very hard work and can work under high pressure
- Immediate Availability is necessary
Working Time
- MON to FRI 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
- SAT 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Bank Holiday
