Requirements:
Diploma holder in any discipline
3-5 years of residential and commercial experience with a strong market sense and proactive attitude to enhance portfolio value
Holder of Estate agent license is an advantage
Must be creative to explore new marketing channels
Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel and Power point
Immediately available is preferable
