Role & Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator in the International Marketing Services Department, you will take a proactive role in the project management team. You will provide efficient support to all marketing activities, such as Print, POS, Web, Packaging and Events/Fairs related to designated watch and jewel brands as well as corporate communication tools. Duties include:
project roadmaps, meeting reports, approval steps, timeline updates and accurate project follow-up with documentation/filing, supporting other marketing functions (design, POS)
communication with internal (Brand Management, Customer Service) and external (suppliers, creative agencies, copywriters, press, etc.)
coordination with interfaces in Hong Kong and also worldwide subsidiaries
audit/research inspiration material for the team
anticipate collection cycles, workload and future project planning
Requirement
degree holder in marketing/communication
minimum 2 years experience in marketing & sales, ideally in a project management position in a FMCG company or marketing/communication agency
excellent communication skills in written/spoken English, Chinese and other languages welcome
strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
quality seeker across any types of jobs, able to manage multi-projects efficiently
positive attitude, motivation and service oriented mindset towards external and internal customers
general interest in fashion, design and communication, naturally willing to research and contribute ideas
