Property Officer |
|
Responsibilities:
To assist the property manager / senior staffs to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc
To handle enquires / complaints of clients
To provide administrative support in the property management office
To supervise a team of staffs
To liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
Requirements:
Diploma/ degree holder in property management
At least 3 years’ of experience in property/ hotel management of which 1 year must be at supervisory level
Knowledge of BMO, DMC & Tenancy agreements and holder of EAA license will be an advantage
Excellent customer service and communication skill to handle customers independently
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands on PC skills
Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
Fresh graudate is also welcome
