Lead and manage the day-to-day fundraising activities and marketing/promotion programmes of the Marketing - Direct Response team (including Child Sponsorship campaigns, web promotions and emergency relief appeals)
Provide support, directions and guidance to staff in all direct response marketing, including branding, positioning, acquisition, retention, cultivation and relationship building with celebrities and channels
Work and support the management team in marketing initiatives and issues
Having a minimum working experience of 8 years in marketing management position
Strategic, analytical, detailed orientated with good sense of market trends and challenges
Good command of English, committed, responsive, presentable and ability to make sensible decisions
