Responsibilities :
~ Management of the property including P&L responsibilities, sales and marketing, human resource and operations of the assigned property
~ Develop, recommend, implement and manage the hotel's annual and long term operation, sales and marketing, capital, revenue, expense and profit goals to meet/exceed owner and corporate management expectations
~ Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
~ Maintain the property in first class condition; protect, secure and enhance the assets as appropriate
~ Manage the Human Resources of the hotel in order to attract, retain and motivate the employees; hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications, discipline and terminate, as appropriate
~ Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a good image thus fostering future growth
Requirements :
~ Degree holder in Hospitality Management or Business related field preferred
~ A minimum of 5 yars' experience in HOTEL industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity
~ Comprehensive rooms operational knowledge and experience
~ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
~ Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, aggressive and customer-oriented
