We are both a department of the University of Oxford and a major international publishing organization with a significant presence in Hong Kong. Our plans for the future necessitate our filling the following vacancy:
Core responsibility is to assist the ELT Executive in the following areas:
promotion of OUP's English Language Teaching materials through school visits and workshops
market research
production of promotional materials
customer services
The successful applicant will have:
a good tertiary education, major in English
good presentation and communication skills
good command of English and Chinese
good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ability to work to tight deadlines
one or two years' English teaching experience (knowledge of ELT methodologies is a distinct advantage)
