Responsibilities
Formulate and execute marketing and advertising strategies on product launches for HK retail business and eCommerce
Evaluate and analyze campaign results and effectiveness with recommendations
Analyze business trend and consumer insights and evaluate new product opportunities
Responsible for CRM system implementation and database management, including e-database
Formulate and define CRM objectives, strategy and initiating joint promotions, events and loyalty programs to retain and recruit customers
Manage website to ensure on time and accurate products and promotions update
Initiate and develop on-line promotions
Plan and manage orders and delivery of products for marketing and promotional use
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 6 years of marketing experience with leading beauty brands or consumer brands
Solid experience and knowledge in customer relationship management and website management
Strategic minded, result oriented and creative
Committed, well organized, sensitive to numbers and detail-minded
Excellent communication skills
Team player, ability to take initiatives
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
