Responsibilities :
Manage the China engineering team and project activities in accordance with the innovation process.
Proactively coordinate and organize cooperation and communication
With Marketing (mostly with cross functional team leader).
Responsible for conduct prototype making and evaluation with production.
Meeting with customers to communicate on engineering aspect of projects when required.;
Plan and control team tasks for on-time fulfillment of objectives.
Coordinate information flow between manufacturing and procurement.
Control and maintain exchange of documents and assure proper project documentation.
Requirements :
University degree in Engineering - Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical
Previous experience as a team leader / project manager for product development
With 5 years solid experience on Electronic product development, OEM and Assembly Manufacturing Experience..
Working experience in an interdisciplinary and international environment
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin.
Willing to work and station in China Panyu
Immediate available is preferred.
