Role Summary
Assist the Deckers Asia Pacific Regional Brand Managers – UGG Australia, Teva & Simple, by working proactively with distributors and key accounts marketing personnel across the Asia Pacific Region
Marketing Coordination - work with regional distributors on the creation and implementation of local marketing and advertising campaigns; provide relevant brand marketing material for regional events.
Retail Presentation Coordination - assist with the creation of POP, GWP and promotional items regionally; coordinate the brand’s shop in shop programme throughout the region ensuring a timely process and consistency of brand image.
Marketing Analysis - prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regional marketing activity; research and provide regional market trends, forecasts, competitor analysis and new product information.
Corporate & Brand Marketing/PR - assist with the planning and organizing of promotional presentations; develop current and relevant corporate and brand specific PowerPoint presentations.
Marketing Finance Administration – coordination of all marketing related finance administration.
Education/Experience
Certificate or Degree qualification in marketing or business
Minimum of three years marketing coordination or assistant experience
Experience of working in a multi-national company with footwear and fashion an advantage
Highly motivated, a team player and a proactive self-starter with a positive, friendly and personal approach
Proficient written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Expert in the use of Microsoft packages, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
