Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or above
Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in maintenance and repair of E&M works, particularly in air-conditioning installation
Holder of Grade B Registered Electrical Worker Certificate
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other PC applications
Responsible, self-initiative and able to work independently
