Requirement:
-Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
-Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level with strong analytical skills
-Experience in M&E and Building Services, preferably in the area of Maintenance Management and/or Facility Management
-Ability to analyze costing and estimation
Monitor maintenance and E&M Facilities Operation
-Ability to write technical reports, planning and scheduling
-Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Knowledge in computerized Maintenance Management System and Autocad will be an additional advantage
-Good communication and written skill, both in English & Chinese
-Able to work independently and self-motivated
-Must be willing to travel
