| Engineering Manager |
|
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading team of Engineers and Technicians to continuously improve maintenance system and reliability of factories, introducing new technique and technology for efficiency improvement, implementing projects for improvement and / or cope with products development.
Requirements:
-Degree in Engineering discipline
-10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years managerial experience
-Strong background in Preventive Maintenance and Project Management
-Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and industrial engineering fields an advantage
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP is advantageous
-Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
-Must be able to lead a team in a performance driven environment and work to tight deadlines
-Should be able to think analytically and solve complex engineering problems
-A keen interest in the food manufacturing field is a plus while understanding the requirements of maintaining and improving machinery in a clean facility
-Work in Dong Guan
