Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer or Communication Engineering;
Min. 1 year experience in customer support;
Good knowledge in telecom, video, PC and networking;
Job involves technical support, repair, product testing and installation;
Good communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
Immediate availability preferred.
