Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, operation, maintenance on broadband equipment specializing in fiber optics networks and services
- Perform on-site technical support to customer and identify cause of problems
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems
Requirements:
- Higher diploma in telecommunications, electronics or electrical engineering disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience in fibre optics network
- Holder of Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Possess a valid driving license (Classes 1 & 2)
