JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and working in conjunction with the Product Marketing group, the TSM organization and sales team to develop and manage the local strategic plan. He/she will act as a focus point for suppliers on all local activities, issues and their concerns.
To manage the evolution of supplier relations so as to ensure that the company is fulfilling and surpassing the suppliers?expectations.
To manage the effective application of internal and external resources so as to ensure our resale, MARCOM and design activity commitments to suppliers are met.
Prepare monthly updates for senior management.
Pre-requisites
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Degree holder in Electronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
At least 5 years relevant working experience
Excellent knowledge of the electronics industry with particular emphasis on Product families, Asian market place and Supplier base
Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin
Detail & result-oriented, good negotiation abilities
Aggressive, outgoing with good communication skill, able to take direction and work under pressure
Proficiency in computer skills
