Requirements:
* High Diploma holder or above in Mechanical, Plastics, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering or related subjects
* At least 3 years working experience in related fields
* Monitor and oversee progress of projects from project design to mass production launch including planning, control of schedule, development costs, BOM cost
* Provide technical solution and trouble-shooting analysis to improve performance and reliability of products/parts
* Knowledge of the applications of SAP and manufacturing systems particularly in production and capacity planning.
* Experience in the precision plastic product manufacturing and in a demanding environment
* Willing to work six-day a week in Dongguan area in China
* Proficiency in Mandarin and English
