Job Requirements:
Degree or equivalent
1-2 years secretarial experience
LCCI intermediate level in accounting
Knowledge of Bookkeeping is a MUST
Relevant experience in retail or marketing industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work under pressure and good team player.
Job Description:
Provide secretarial support
Bookkeeping tasks and marketing tasks
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements
Prepare presentation materials, business agreements and various reports
Responsible for handling ad hoc assignments
