Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical function and production control on OEM basis for textile machinery products;
Monitor the production performance to assure product quality, on-time delivery and professional after-sales service;
Recommend all preventive and corrective measures to improve the overall operations efficiency and effectiveness;
Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure prefect execution;
Undertake all ad hoc projects assigned by top management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering;
Possess min. 10 years of relevant experience of which 3 years in managerial level;
Solid experience in machinery production is preferable;
Strong in problem solving and project management;
Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
Frequent travel to China is required.
