|
Responsibilities:
-To supervise the field service team for air conditioner maintenance services
-To handle customer technical enquiry, complaints and follow-up work of field services
-To provide in-house training and post-sales technical support
-To perform on-site field service / ad-hoc project if required
Requirements:
-Diploma holder or above in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
-2 years' experience or above in air conditioning field services
-Experience in room air conditioning, chiller and VRV repair is an advantage
-Good communication skills and strong problem solving skills
-Be initiative and well-organized
