Requirement:
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property & facilities maintenance
- Monitor property maintenance, building renovation and E&M facilities operation, etc
- Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) or formal on-job training in Building Surveying is an advantage
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
- Immediately available is preferred
