|
Minimum 8 years solid garment merchandising experience in Garment and Lingerie manufacturing with at least 3 years in managerial / supervisory level
Strong planning and organizational skills with analytical and innovative mind
Good management skills in communication, coordination and overall controlling of ordering progress
Willing to travel to Overseas / PRC
Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin is a must
Immediately available is highly preferable
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above;
Demonstrated self-motivation, commitment to task, problem solving, and customer orientation
Strong data analysis skills required
Familiar with the operation of MS Office
With industrial knowledge / manufacturing network with multi-country experience is advantage;
Duties:
Order follow up;
Co-ordination with customers and vendors;
Lead a team of staff;
Product development to delivery;
Business trip if necessary
Manage vendors & suppliers and monitor overall supply chain activities to ensure flawless production execution and on time deliveries;
Establish effective leadership style, set up clear performance metrics for team members.
