Receptionist
Job Requirements

Full Certificate in HKCEE or above with passed in English Language
4-5 years solid experience as a receptionist
Previous experience in sizable or multi-cultural environment
Fluent in spoken English and conversational Putonghua
Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel
Persistent and cheerful characteristics is desired
Energetic, young, self-motivated and good communications skills


Job Responsibilities

Perform general reception duties
Coordinate and administer the conference bookings
Responsible for greeting visitors and overseas clients
Assist ad hoc projects as requested by management
