Job Duties:
Perform field and in-house maintenance service of IT and medical equipments
Provide pre and post sales service training to customers
Perform medical equipment pre-installation quality control
Assist in daily departmental operation
Assist in continuous work flow improvement
Assist in communication between local authorizations, users and suppliers
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Electronic or Computer Engineering;
At least 3 years relevant working experience;
Good hands-on skills with electrical and electronic equipment inspection and repairing;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Good customer service attitude and communication skills;
Knowledge in computer programming is a plus;
With experience in managing field service team is a plus;
With light vehicle driving license is a plus
