Responsibilities:
Implements quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC and EN62115) and client requirements
Prepares QA Specifications (covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans) for our company Merchandises
Works with other departments to ensure product design meeting international safety standard and retailers’ protocols
Communicates with third party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on-time
Works with suppliers to ensure product quality meeting our quality & reliability requirements
Works with third party laboratories on risk assessments especially for new requirements or Directives
Requirements:
With min 5 years of plastic / electronic toys experiences in manufacturing industry, including product development, QA procedure development and testing set-up
Degree in Engineering or in any related disciplines
Familiar with international safety standards including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, etc
Familiar with retailers' protocols
Well-versed in Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office & SPC program
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin
