Our client is a well-established bank that has been operating in Hong Kong for nearly a century. Publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, it is backed by the vast resources of a major financial institution and enjoys prominence in the entire Greater China region. To meet its growing business demands, it is presently searching for an experienced lawyer to join its team of high-caliber professionals. Reporting directly to the Senior Counsel, you will be providing legal support to the Bank and its various subsidiaries. The incumbent’s expertise will be required in maintaining the client’s retail, corporate banking and treasury operations. In addition, you will be involved with new business initiatives and developments of the Bank. Must be HK qualified with relevant in-house legal experience within the financial services industry.
