Diploma or above in logistics or supply chain and with minimum 3 years experience in shipping/logistics
-F.7 with 5+ years experience will also be considered
- Able to handle full set of I/E shipping documents, L/C, custom declaration and banking documents independently
- Experience in supervising subordinates
-Fluent English, Good Putonghua and Cantonese
-Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
-Well-organized; good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; able to work under pressure
Job Duties:
-Daily shipping and bank operations
-Communicate with forwarders, shipping lines, overseas suppliers, banks and internal departments
- Input suppliers & forwarders' invoices and arrange T/T payments
-Check and fix exchange rates
- Direct China shipping arrangements
- Supervise subordinates
-Location - Kwai Chung
- 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off
