A well established electronics company is looking for suitable candidate to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial & administrative support to management and functional teams
- As a bridge between head office and PRC sales offices
- Coordinate with PRC sales offices and sales staff about itinerary scheduling
- Handle travel arrangement, visa application and hotel accommodation
- Assist in HR, admin and staff recreational activities
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with formal training in secretarial or administration
- Min. 5-8 years secretary & office admin experience, preferably in SME
- Well experienced in itinerary scheduling and making travelling arrangement
- Strong coordination, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Well organized, meticulous, independent, able to handle multi-tasks
- Pleasant, outgoing, initiative with positive attitude
- Well versed in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent Putonghua and good written English
- Immediate available highly preferable
