Require to station in Shenzhen factory
Post-secondary / degree holder in Engineering discipline
At least 10 years' manufacturing & project management experience in toys industry
Knowledge in soft / hard / electronic toys industry
Familiar with USA & European toys markets
Able to work independently & under pressure
Strong management & organization skills
Fluent in written & spoken English and Mandarin
