| TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR |

We are a well-established company representing the latest LCD/DLP Interactive Board, Video Conferencing and Audio Visual presentation/digital projector products. We are looking for qualified candidate to fill the following position:
Responsibilities:
1. To lead a team of technicians to provide pre-sales and pro-sales support for Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment.
2. To liaise with vendors, manufacturers and R&D people for system troubleshooting and deployment.
3. To manage and supervise the warranty and repair service, parts and consumables business of tech service division.
Requirements:
1. Higher Diploma in Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
2. Significant technical service and supervision experience in AV/ IT industry.
3. Strong management skill in the areas of staff, project and customer relationship.
4. Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY.
