Midas Associates Limited is a focused banking and finance executive search firm formed by Consultants who were senior investment, commercial, corporate, consumer bankers.
Our client is a reputable bank currently looking for an experienced Settlement Officer.
DUTIES:
- To handle the daily and monthly operations in securities/bond settlement through Euroclear (Euclid system)
- To carry out trade allocations
- To prepare trade confirmations and client statements & daily reports
- To process accounting entries, funding & stock reconciliation
- To handle outgoing duties
- To handle other duties of Settlement Department
REQUIREMENTS:
- F.5 or above with 4-5 years experience in settlement/back office in a brokerage firm
- Must have knowledge of Hong Kong Equity, CCASS/Euclid systems
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Ability to work under pressure, willing to work overtime
- Knowledge of PC skills
- Strong team work culture
