The position will report directly to the Managing Director, responsible to formulate and execute marketing plans in order to achieve key business goals.
Responsibilities
Formulate effective marketing strategies and plans (of both direct marketing and e-marketing) to achieve overall marketing objectives
Implement branding strategies by defining appropriate target segments and value positioning
Establish, acquire and maintain database of contacts (of both existing and potential clients), ensure the reliability of data
Prepare and manage artwork, production, translation and proof reading of marketing and communication deliverables, such as web contents, press release, e-newsletter, brochures etc.
Deliver marketing materials to target audience through various direct and e-communication channels
Monitor, track and analyze marketing campaign performance, identify ways and opportunities to enhance results, effectiveness and efficiencies
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Business Management or related disciplines
Shown track record of previous experience in developing and implementing marketing programs of direct marketing, online marketing, and e-marketing
Excellent in linguistic skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
Knowledgeable for web site management and e-marketing; web publishing skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge in Photoshop / Illustration application
A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and project management skills
Well-organized, mature, initiative, could work independently with least supervision and under pressure, willing to work overtime
