Responsibilities
Perform prototyping, development, and implementation of high traffic web site applications/projects
Take business requirements and develop the technical design on assigned projects (medium to large scale)
Design, and implement the system with good quality and high scalability
Perform system testing, deployment, optimization, and maintainance
Participate in project, team, and schedule management
Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions
Requirements
University Graduate, major in Computer Science or related subject
At least 5 years of software design, and programming experience in multi-server web development
Demonstrated ability and experience in web programming (particularly web 2.0) with Java, Struts, PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery
Knowledge of Linux, Apache, JBoss, Spring framework, Hibernate, memcached, MogileFS are highly advantageous
Good knowledge and practice on Agile and Interactive Software Development
Capable to work independently or as a lead/key member of a team in a fast pace environment
Strong time management, project/schedule management, communication skill, and problem solving skill
Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, and proactive attitude towards challenges
Languages
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
