Job Responsibilities:
Perform general clerk duties including handling incoming calls, emails, faxes & filings etc.
Perform data entry & data updates regularly
Issue Invoices and statements
Handle warehouse documents
Arrange Schedules for truckers
Responsible for the coordination between clients, warehouse and truckers
To prepare various reports.
Job Requirements:
Sales experience advantage
F. 5 or above, with at least 2-3 years' working experience
Candidate with skills in arranging transportation will be definite advantage
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (must)
Good PC skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Pleasant, mature, Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Stable and reliable required

Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri), 09:00 - 18:00 (Sat)/ OR 09:00 - 13:00 (Alt. Sun)
