Winko International Products Ltd , a leading and innovative metalware manufacturing company with headquarters in Hong Kong and factories in Shenzhen, urgently invites high caliber candidatesto fill up the following post:
Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in PRC to handle entire product development process from
concept inception to production
- Work closely with R&D, Sales team, QA and production depts. to provide technical
supports to OEM/ODM customers and suppliers
- Define product specifications and acceptance criteria
- Drive the continuous improvement of engineering process with innovative ideas
- Source new materials and new technology for production
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years supervisory experience in OEM/ODM project management
- Excellent knowledge in manufacturing, tooling & production work process
- Familiar with metal/plastic household products
- Good problem solving skill and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Frequent travel to China is required
