Purchasing Assistant
Job Requirements:

University degree holder
1-2 years working experience in purchasing, sourcing or sales preferred, but fresh graduate will also be considered
Experience in handling complaints
Experience in dealing with overseas suppliers
Good English writing skill and fluent conversational English
Good Putonghua and Chinese writing skill
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
Willing to learn, self-motivated, good team player and with strong market sense


Job Duties:

Handle overseas suppliers’ accounts
Work closely with local sales department and colleagues in China offices
Handle complaints
Communicate closely with overseas suppliers by phone or email on issues such as quotation, sample and invoice.
Compile various suppliers reports
Travel to China (same day trip and average once a month) and overseas (normally once a year)


- Location - Kwai Chung
- 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off
