A listed consumer electronics products manufacturer is seeking for a in-house legal counsel based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Report to the Chairman of the Group
Provide legal advice and draft legal documents in relation to all businesses of the Group
Conduct legal research and update the Group on relevant laws and regulations relating to the business of the Group
To liaise external regulatory bodies
Requirements:
A qualified solicitor
4 – 6 years’ post-qualification experience in the provision of legal support in commercial area
Familiar with the Securities and Future Ordinance, the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and other relevant regulatory
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional presentation and report writing skills
