In view of our rapid expansion, we are searching for high calibre talents to join us.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and conduct a comprehensive financial sales, product and operation training program
Work with executive leadership to identify training needs and design a cohesive and comprehensive training programme in line with our business growth
Foster relationships among universities, businesses and professional institution to enhance the development of professional training and our total caring culture
Manage and coordinate the continuous professional training program schedule in compliance to regulatory bodies requirements
Lead and integrates group and regional resources into group training and organizational development activities
Requirements
Bachelor degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Training & Staff Development Management or related disciplines
At least 8 years solid training and development experience in FI, Banking and Insurance Industry
Broad product knowledge in financial markets and also in wealth management
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Putonghua
Highly positive and enthusiastic style capable of motivating others
Skills and energies to build a team and lead effective staff development and training
