Our client is a well-established organization promoting Hong Kong's external trade who is now looking for a Marketing Executive.
The appointee will be required to assist in formulation and implementation of the marketing communications plans for the Council's online marketplace and a series of specialized product magazines.
Responsibilities:
- To develop marketing plans including advertising and publicity, direct mailer, trade fairs and events, as well as marketing campaigns to recruit advertisers from local and overseas
- To liaise with Council’s overseas offices and internal departments on marketing campaigns, participation in mainland trade fairs and strategic partnership with multipliers
- To formulate and implement customer relationship programmes including telemarketing exercise, organizing educational seminars and other after-sales customer programmes
- To develop and supervise production of marketing collaterals, advertisements, brochures, direct mailers, souvenirs and other promotional materials
- To run subscription campaigns to enhance readership of both print and online versions of product magazines
- To coordinate production of special booklets and product catalogues
Requirements:
- University degree in communications, marketing or relevant discipline
- Minimum three years’ working experience in marketing, communications or media field
- Hands-on experience with graphics and production techniques preferred
- Solid knowledge in promoting online business and publications a definite advantage
- Strong command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and can work independently
- Candidates with less qualification but with extensive experience will also be considered.
