- Form 5 Graduate with pass in English
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge in general trade mark prosecution procedure
- Knowledge in trade mark system
- Preferable to have experience in handling H.K. trade mark application and
trade mark, registered design and patent renewals
- Computer knowledge
