We are a well-established Group with diversified interests in real estate development, property management and construction. We now invite competent candidates to join our property management team.
Holder of Higher Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above and Green Card
At least 3 years' experience at supervisory level in building maintenance work
Able to supervise a team of technical staff for routine maintenance, and preparation of work specification for tenders
Preference will be given to the candidates qualifying competent person/certified worker (confined space) and renovation work experience
