Duties:
- Lead the engineering department on daily work
- Develop staff through training and coaching
- Manufacturing Process monitor and improvement (jewellery industry)
- Set up of standard time and efficiency monitoring
- Lead the team on cost, quality and efficiency improvement
- Tooling and methods improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in engineering
- 8 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of IE techniques (such as standard time and flow improvement)
- Able to coach and train a team of local staff
- Open minded and able to communicate at all levels
- Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Station in Panyu, China
