A well-established optical manufactory firm locate in Kwai Chung is inviting competent applicants for the following post :
Duties:
Arrange import & export Shipments.
Goods receipt.
Arrange trucks and contact with colleagues in factory for follow-up.
Travel to China for coordinating and monitoring schedule of production with factory.
Prepare delivery schedule and answer enquiry regarding shipments.
Requirement:
F. 7, IVE or above with good Mandarin.
Working independent.
Good knowledge of Int’l trade, L/C, inward and outward bills, Tradelink declaration and China import experience.
Experience in coordinate and monitor production schedule with factory is preferable.
At least 2 years experience in shipping field with manufacturing experience is a must.
Able to handle full set of L/C, I/E, shipping and bank documents.
Good PC skills.
