A Prestigious Asian Parenting company with strong focus on Parenting web portal, publication and event management is seeking for a high calibre creative team player to join us.
Job Objective:
To improve the market penetration and increase market share by planning and executing brand building and marketing communications.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and monitor marketing activities to achieve set objectives;
Develop Marketing Plan and analyze program effectiveness and return on investment;
Assist in planning and conducting macro and micro marketing researches for in the region and provide quality business intelligent for management review;
Work closely with business partners in developing and integrating creative marketing campaigns and cross promotions;
Develop new channel partners to optimise circulation;
Develop and manage any Public Relations activities with outside marketing agency aiming to improve brand awareness or deliver specific projects.
Requirements:
University graduate;
With min. 3 to 5 year experience in business development/ marketing related fields (preferably parenting, publication or FMCG);
Experience in collaborating with external marketing agencies is desirable;
Result-Oriented, Independent and highly committed to the job;
Strong communication and negotiation skill;
Good project management skill and work well under pressure;
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, in writing sales and marketing proposals, and excellent in presentation.
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
