We are a leading high fashion retailer and a listed company on the HK Stock Exchange. We have over 130 retail shops in both Hong Kong and greater China market. To cope with the Group＊s business development, we cordially invite energetic and qualified candidates to join our teams.
Job Duties:
* Responsible for the merchandising mix and upkeep of a consistent brand image and positioning
* Oversee the design of the collection including theme, color, fabrication, finishing and styles
* Responsible for the design and production process from styling confirmation, initial and subsequent fitting sessions until pre-production sample stage.
Requirements:
* Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines
* 5-8 years experience in designing and developing ladies high-ended fashion
* Responsible for leading a team of designers to create and develop seasonal trendy fashion
* Able to develop marketable collections to suit customers’ needs
* Good retail market sense and knowledge in garment techniques, fabrication and accessories
* Brand development experience is an advantage
* Creative & talented in fashion design and enthusiastic for new aspirations
* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Fashion Designer
